Bio

Annelene Schulze is a German/Dutch photographer, currently workign and living in Paris. Born and raised in the Netherlands she started photography at the age of 16 and has not put down the camera since.

Around us, everything just seems to kind of happen, randomly, which is visible in the ambiance of humans and our ordinary lifes. Her work is about grasping the connections between people, and their being in the world. Focussing on symmetries in composition or colour (or their absensces), her work shows structure in the chaos.
